Yesterday I went through my old Canadian Business magazines and stumbled across an opinion piece by Sir Richard Branson: “Define your brand and deliver on your promise.” Truthfully, despite my ability to do this for countless companies (either on the agency or company side) I hadn’t spelled it out for my own.
When I began to think about the promise I make to my clients, it was clear: trusted resource (with a dash of no bullshit.)
Let’s get that out of the way first thing. I’ve never pretended to be one, I just love what I do and I try to learn and test as much as I can. But I do think I’m pretty good at what I do & I’ve helped many clients achieve some pretty incredible results.
Though I love focusing on everything ‘online,’ I have graphic design, creative writing and various other PR skills in my back pocket as well! So I feel pretty comfortable jumping into other projects as well.
My aim is to bring my clients value, always.
